The hotel area was clean. The room was huge and clean. Booked a Wheelchair Accessible room with TV and flowers, for example, which I really appreciated. The staffs were perfect and lovely. Marvelous location close to public transport was a plus.

The rooms here are spacious and bright, with private bathrooms and convenient amenities like an electric kettle and refrigerator, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location is wonderful, just a short distance from the city center.

The room was squeaky clean, and the bathroom was reasonably clean with shampoo and soap provided. The hotel is in an amazing setting, very close to the main sightseeing places in the city, the metro, seaside, old town. The views over the garden were wonderful.

The hotel is simply amazing! It's right in the heart of the city with stunning, modern rooms that are so spacious. The staff, especially Ruslan, went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. He arranged an incredible day tour and recommended jaw-dropping restaurants. The location is mind-blowing, everything is within walking distance - old town, restaurants, banks, supermarket. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. it was an outstanding experience with outstanding staff. A definite must-stay for anyone visiting the city.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and on a bustling street. I loved the convenience of being able to walk to all the nearby shops and attractions. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed. They made me feel like a valued guest and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with everything I needed from the mini-bar to the ironing facilities. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which allowed me to sleep peacefully despite being in a busy area.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families. The staff were accommodating and the rooms were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family.

The location of Salam Baku Hotel is unbeatable, right at the center of the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the view from the upper floors was amazing. The staff, especially Rafiq at the reception, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious choices. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
